With all the concern recently regarding the swine flu, I felt this would be a good topic for this post. I cannot stress enough that many things contribute to the drain that our immune system  goes through on a daily basis. That’s why you want balance in your life as much as possible. It’s not about taking a supplement only or just exercising ourselves to the point of exhaustion. It’s a combination of everything we can do.
