Happiness - Reality or Perspective
Your state of mind or perspective is your reality. For most of us, happiness is something we are always striving for, a place we want to be or when we acquire that material item, we always wanted. This type of thinking actually keeps us in a state of wanting but we never feel that we have arrived in happiness. True happiness brings good health. Your thoughts are creating the environment you live in along with your diet and exercise. Your environment, positive or negative has a direct impact on your cells produced every day. A very important point to make in regards to why your state of happiness directly linked to your health. Dr. Bruce Lipton M.D. a cellular biologist describes in his book "The Biology of Belief", how your environment and happiness affect you on a cellular level.
