Express Yourself: A Message from Archangel Gabriel

Archangel Gabriel is known for delivering messages throughout history. An Angel very much about communication and expression. Gabriel’s name means “God is my strength” and is here this week to deliver a message about finding your own personal strength in self expression.

Artist’s, writers or anyone involved in creative jobs may know Gabriel quite well, and find that their creativity is ignited when working with this Angel. Gabriel also offers help to parents regarding conception and in raising their children.

Gabriel helps us connect to the child that lives within us. For this child needs to play too! Balance in our lives is important in ALL areas including recreation and relaxation. It is just as important as work and responsibilities. For this is what rejuvenates a tired spirit to get up and do it again tomorrow with joy and vibrant energy. Gabriel is very powerful and can help you find your inner strength to carry you through any experience, and bring balance to your life.

 Dear loved ones,
 Listen dear child, you are precious and worthy of time to restore your weary heart. Life is not meant to be endured continuously without restoration. I have come forward with this message to share the bliss of a strong heart that can be yours if you so choose. For rest and play bring nourishment to your soul for the next phase of your journey. 
 I ask you to find time to express your feelings and thoughts to me through your written word. This is filled with your energy frequency and can help you see the areas that need tending to. Not for the eyes of another, but just for YOU.  
 I encourage you to communicate all to me and let me help you sort this mental energy out. A calm mind communicates clearly and this mental energy is building up with no release. Do not be deceived by the need to work continuously for this will surely burn you out. Rest is needed and pacing yourself is a must for you to succeed. 
Time for rest and play are avenues that release this energy and bring restoration to your Spirit. The heart of a child is pure and allows time for this. Let your children play for when they are grown they will know the balance of work and play. For those seeking conception, I ask you to bring these concerns to me, and I will guide you step by step. Then you will find doors opening that will help you in your request.  
The child in you for many generations has not known the “child” heart, for life was a struggle and did not allow time for play. This is an energy that is no longer suitable for the New Earth, and will only hold you back. Your physical bodies and health will also respond, creating healthier cells with the playful frequency. 
 So you see, there is much priority in balancing your lives and allowing rest and play in. We are teaching you how to proactively participate in creating your new healthier bodies for the New healthier Earth. Life is joyful and healthy when balanced in ALL things. 
 I will glady be there when you call on me for strength to allow yourself to fully express, play and rest, and your “True Self” will thank you for it.
