The energy is accelerating and that means, it can feel like it’s going too fast if you feel resistance to let go of old ways. It’s time to look at change for the positive it can bring to your life.

The title for this book is a rough estimate of the number of steps he took while walking the Camino de Santiago. Over the course of a kilometer, he counted 1,153 steps.
