Show Description: Dr Jenn joins Dr Pat to share spiritual insights on rebuilding your life after a traumatic event. There are countless stories about people who have spiritually awakened after experiencing a traumatic event, loss or during PTSD recovery. How do you know if it's a spiritual awakening? Perhaps we begin to feel magnetically drawn to release what we knew, or it simple doesn't work for us any longer. What's the next step and how do we know which way to turn? How can we rebuild our lives free from fear when it all feels so unknown to us after the storm has passed?

The title for this book is a rough estimate of the number of steps he took while walking the Camino de Santiago. Over the course of a kilometer, he counted 1,153 steps. Kurt did the math and discovered that he would take a total of 909,717 steps on the trail between St. Jean Pied-de-Port, where it began, and Santiago de Compostela, where it ended. Kurt added in another 3,000 or so steps per day to cover the walks to dinner and short hikes for sightseeing.
