Show Description: Frequency Rising - Healing in the 5th: The Jenn Royster Show - Your Host Dr Jenn Royster explores the healing frequency of living in a 5th dimension reality where health, happiness and peace are everyday life. It’s happening, everyday, everywhere, someone else awakens and knows there must be a better way to live and planet earth signed on too!

The frequency of humanity is rising across the globe and it is a time of adjusting to new frequency energy. Those issues are bubbling to the top to be dealt with and now is the best time to let it go! Speed kicks into gear with this new energy and we move quickly through the shift. That said, it can feel like it's going too fast if there is underlying resistance to let go of old ways. It's time to look at change differently.


So how can we be a part of this frequency where Love heals all? Is this really an option? Yes! Even if my life has been full of challenges? Yes! You know you have to start somewhere, right? Why not now? This is a huge event in the history of humanity. Join in and learn how you can choose and begin living in the 5th. There’s no time like now!

The title for this book is a rough estimate of the number of steps he took while walking the Camino de Santiago. Over the course of a kilometer, he counted 1,153 steps. Kurt did the math and discovered that he would take a total of 909,717 steps on the trail between St. Jean Pied-de-Port, where it began, and Santiago de Compostela, where it ended.
