Many of you have expressed the sadness you are feeling or recurrence of old issues. I hear you! I have felt so much shift in just a few days that it’s mind boggling. Please know our bodies are going through a big upgrade. There’s much that needs purging from every cell of our bodies.
There’s also a big upgrade happening emotionally as our heart chakras are opening and expanding in ways that allow much Love. I guess you could say we’re feeling the Spiritual growing pains.
No one could know everything about what is taking place, but each time I feel overwhelmed or alarmed, I stop whatever I’m doing and ask for guidance. The angels have never failed to show up and give me the encouragement to keep going, not give up, and shift my thinking to enjoy the unknown.
That’s right, enjoy the unknown. For those of us that aren’t used to feeling comfortable with the unknown, this is your year to learn it. So bring it and embrace that we’re all in this together and give yourself a thumbs up for being here at this time. I want to say thank you for being here with me during this incredible fast paced shift.
We’re all feeling the energy energy shift in one way or another. It’s going to continue to take us deeper this year to a place within ourselves where spiritual awakening takes flight.
There’s great opportunities in big energetic shifts. But, that doesn’t mean it’s not overwhelming at times. Isn’t nice to know we have angels around us to help us through no matter what we are going through. Just knowing they are always with us can help us say yes to opportunities when they present themselves or believing in ourselves and what’s best for all to finally let a toxic situation go!

The title for this book is a rough estimate of the number of steps he took while walking the Camino de Santiago. Over the course of a kilometer, he counted 1,153 steps. Kurt did the math and discovered that he would take a total of 909,717 steps on the trail between St. Jean Pied-de-Port, where it began, and Santiago de Compostela, where it ended.
